At Ghivthomvak, we are committed to providing high-quality online design tutoring. We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.
If you are not satisfied with your first tutoring session, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 48 hours of your first session to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues or provide a full refund for that initial session.
Advance Notice: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. The session credit will remain in your account for future use.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time will result in forfeiture of 50% of the session fee.
No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible if you experience an emergency that prevents attendance. We will review each situation individually.
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
Unused Sessions: If you have purchased multiple sessions and decide not to continue, unused sessions may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been scheduled or attended. To be eligible, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent you from attending or completing a session, you will receive a full credit or refund for that session. We will investigate technical issues promptly and provide resolution within 2 business days.
Service Quality: If we fail to meet our service standards, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and may offer a refund or credit as appropriate. All service quality concerns will be reviewed within 5 business days.
Refund Timeframe: All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Completed tutoring sessions. Course materials that have been accessed or downloaded. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Custom curriculum development fees once work has begun.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. We will contact you if we need additional information. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Multi-session packages offer discounted rates. These packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. However, unused sessions from packages may be transferred to another course or rescheduled within six months of purchase.
We encourage rescheduling rather than cancellation when possible. You may reschedule sessions as many times as needed with proper notice. Sessions must be used within six months of purchase date.
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us to discuss further. We are committed to finding fair and transparent solutions. Our customer service team will review all disputes carefully and work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.
If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Use. We encourage open communication and are dedicated to resolving all customer concerns promptly and fairly.
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Modified policies apply only to purchases made after the change date.
